  This business is completely unprofessional. They have lied to me countless times, and then refused to call me back for 8 months, sending a bill for services I didn’t even use. If you want your taxes done well, with someone whose honest, I’d find someone else, and not waste your time here.

  Used them last year - had two simple returns to file, for myself and my fiance... I then went home and double checked their numbers, called them and told them not to file as TurboTax was showing a return of about $2,000 more than what they said. Tried them again this year, wasn't sure what the return was going to be as I was filing injured spouse, double checked their numbers again after receiving a return in the mail, again, the numbers DID NOT match turbo tax, and their numbers are ALWAYS HALF of what you're supposed to get... I also have to pay way more into State than I should have thanks to them. DO NOT USE THIS TAX COMPANY!
